I’ve been going for a few years and then stopped after the pandemic. Went there today for some much needed stress relief and it was AWESOME. I had the combo massage with Peter. The best part was my foot massage. An angel must have told him that I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis because he worked my feet better than any foot massage I have ever had. I usually get gift certificates for Xmas and I have not since 2019. They are under new management as well. I will definitely get back into my monthly routine

At first I was delighted with this place and loved the massages.. However, unfortunately, communication became a serious issue. The 2 ladies at the reception only speak Korean and very limited English. The masseurs only speak Chinese. After going there for months with the same masseur, I wanted to ask him if he could see any improvement. The receptionist called him out and tried to ask him using gestures and saying "good" over and over again pointing to my shoulder. The masseur went back inside and, apparently, thought the lady was trying to tell him the massage wasn't good which was not true.. After that he refused to give me any more nassages thinking that I was not happy with him. He was quite offended. I have witnessed other customers being very confused. I can understand and like the fact that talking in the massage rooms is discouraged but...we should be able to communicate through the receptionists out in the waiting room.
