We ordered on the app. It took over thirty minutes to get a cheeseburger, fry, and mozzarella sticks with three drinks. The burger was made incorrectly so we had to take it back and ask for it to be made correctly. We’ve been waiting 25 minutes and still haven’t gotten the cheeseburger. There’s about five employees just standing around inside talking while it looks like two maybe three people are actually working. We stopped here for a quick bite and ended up staying longer than what it would take at a sit down restaurant. *Update: we got tired of waiting so my husband went up to the door and asked for his cheeseburger and they had it bagged just sitting in there…so after all that he still couldn’t even eat a hot burger!

This food is a disgrace to fast food. Just look at my food! Look at it!!! Those fries did not have one, not one taken out of it before this photo. That's the chicken sandwich. NOT the chicken slider! Also the nerve of their prices with this sad food. I hope all their CEO's ECT get fired! And I just stamped my foot🦶! So ya know I'm angry.

The worst customer service anywhere and they always get your order wrong, not once have I been there when my order has been correct and I get attitude on the phone especially from the manager on duty named Melanie who couldn’t have been more rude. bad service comes from bad management. Keith however who is another one of the managers was very friendly the first time I spoke to him so I have nothing bad to say about him by the customer service and the accuracy of orders is horrendous The bread on the pictures included is supposed to be toasted does that look toasted to anyone in the world? Check out the website pictures of the exact item it’s a double grilled cheeseburger. Looks perfectly toasted in the pictures online not like the white bread I got on mine.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app and all was great at first. I checked in the nice employee told me that my food should be out shortly. 30-35 minutes pass buy and i got to press the button again to ask if my food is ready and see what was happening. Then a rude employee gets on there and asks me if i checked in yet. Then she realized that my order was up there so i wait for a out 10 minutes and my food come out i ordered a powerade slush w strawberries, a banana shake, and buffalo popcorn chicken. The powerade slush was literally a normal powerade with ice and strawberries which i ordered a slush not a normal powerade, then the shake was 75 percent whipped cream, and the buffalo chicken was disgusting looking. I am not the person to usually complain but i was quite upset after paying and waiting forever to get poor quality food.
