Yes. Oakland BART to Coliseum, switch to Richmond train, exit at 12th. It's about 9 miles. 25 minute drive or 25-30 minutes by BART.
Agree take Bart and get off at 12 st. Look up you will see the Marriott logo.

Best to take bart from oakland airport to 12th street. The hotel is right by that stop. Its usually a 10 minute ride. I usually avoid taxi/uber due to traffic in Alameda.
