There should be a zero star. This place was gross. As we walked into the lobby there’s cockroaches. I thought “hey maybe these random roaches came in” I went to check my room and it had a musky smell. I turned the AC “on” and it was reading at 79 degrees. After 30 minutes in the temperature was going up to 82 degrees. I have 2 girls under the age of 5 years and they were having a hard time staying in that room. I decided to call the lobby to explain the AC situation and the phone looked like it has not been used since the 1980s. The phone didn’t work. I had to ask my mom who was staying next door to call the lobby. The grounds person or whoever he was came to the room to put batteries on the AC panel and left. I was happy for a short period. The temperature kept going up to 84 degrees. I asked the cleaning person if she could help with the AC? She told me to call the lobby 🥵🤬 . The lobbyist said she was going to move me but the room was not ready yet. While I was waiting in my moms room I see that on a wall there was a weird white looking thing that stood off the wall. It looked like white hunk or some sort of Vaseline or at this point idk what was on that wall. The restroom ceiling wall look like they have mold. After 30min i go downstairs to get my new room keys and go upstairs again to check my room. The room reeked of weed and the AC wasn’t working. The grounds maintenance guy was there and basically told me that this is an old building and that most of the AC units don’t work. Kind of “good luck finding a good AC unit that works”. I was upset 🤬🤯🤬 I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that they didn’t have one until Monday (3 days later) I don’t recommend this place at all! Specially if you have family with young children. There’s cockroaches everywhere and the electrical items don’t work. Horrible!!!

It feels like I went inside a time capsule and went back into time. Everything here when you come in is dated. The room looks great but there is left over mild cigarette smells, finger prints on the table, stains on the wall. (I doubt its blood) maybe make up. The traffic noise is loud when sleeping, front desk was helpful getting me a fridge and microwave when asked but there is no WiFi here. They say there is but it comes in and out and disappears when putting in the code. The only thing is that its functional for whats needed which is getting sleep and showering. Bring flip flops. I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on the carpet onto the restroom. If you have no choice to stay elsewhere. One night here is all whats needed. No more than that.

the entire place: rooms, lobby, amenities are old and dirty. parking lot is not secure, i didn't feel safe parking my car there. the hotel is also located in a sketchy area too, drove up to the front of the hotel and first person we saw was a security guard wearing body armor. second person we saw was a homeless person loitering.

Garbage. Avoid. Picked this place for the park and fly feature. Parking lot was NOT secure, and it seemed as though people were living in the back area of the lot. While we were checking in, the guy in front of us had stuff stolen out of his truck during the few minutes he was checking in. Did not leave our vehicle there, ended up just using long term parking. Avoid!

Yes, you pay at check-in, and they do not take cash. Parking is $8/day if I remember correctly.
Yes. Call the hotel to let them know you need to be picked up at the airport.
