Worst clinic ever they waisted 2 hours of my time took two to patients before me. My turn showed up NO COVID TEST available they could not have told me when I checked in. No point going there!

Line was drive through covid test took 40+ minutes. Then when I got up to the window they said they were closed for an hour. That means all told it’s took over 2 hours. Not a minute. Also they were rude about it. This place is awful.

I went to Minute clinic for the stop smoking cessation program. The nurse said she could not do anything of the sort because she didn't know my medical history and the patches and other meds have BIG TIME side affects and she was not willing to put her license on the line to prescribe them. So I should just keep smoking instead. What kind of whack job is she? She said she was just filling in for the day so I scheduled another appointment for 9 am today at Danvers, MA store. Of course that lady filling in for the day was THERE AGAIN! I had called the 1-866-389-2727 number yesterday when I came home empty handed and they told me to set up an appointment and call them if there were problems. Said they would call the store and find out what was going on if I had issues. I'm back home here after visit times two. I WANT MY GAS MONEY REFUNDED. TWO TRIPS TO THAT STORE. 2 HOURS WASTED. The danvers store is at 311 Newbury street!!!!!!!!! I want an explanation. Why say you provide a service but when you show up they are too chicken to prescribe patches or cartridges? Not even do the initial assessment?

I had an excellent experience at this Minute Clinic. The NP, Susan actually stayed open to ensure I was treated. I was treated promptly and given great advice--Susan even walked out to show me the exact vitamins that could assist me in avoiding some side effects of my medication. She was so easy to talk to that I felt comfortable straight away--she even had me laughing during a time that I definitely needed it. It is refreshing to have a medical professional be so knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate AND hold the understanding that laughter truly is the best medicine. Rating: Delightful.
