One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I had a flat tire and went in asking for a new one. They then told me they could plug it, great! I picked it up no issues, the next day on the way to work I had low tire pressure. I brought it back knowing there is always a 80/20 percent chance that plugging won’t work. They again told me they could plug it, I then came to pick up the car and before I drove off I heard my tire leaking again. They then told me “our service guy didn’t plug it correctly. They then suggested I buy a new tire, what I originally went to get fixed 2 days prior. I had to wait 1 day to get a new tire. Not only did they waste my time but also never put my dummy tire back correctly. Just threw it in my trunk. I will never get my vehicle serviced by them ever again.

Kelly Volkswagen did a thorough 70,000 mile check-up of our 2016 Golf. I loved the video that the technician sent while I was waiting. Everything was easy to see and well explained. The waiting are was clean, cool and quiet, with free coffee and guest WiFi that made it easy for me to do my work on my laptop without missing a beat. Even the restroom was excellent. All in all, a modern, open dealership with top notch service.

Brought my car in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) service manager noticed my inspection sticker was expired and was able to accommodate adding that service in with no issues. Service was timely and professional. When I got my car back they had also vacuumed and washed my car. The waiting area is comfortable and we’ll equipped. Wonderful experience overall!

Visited three dealerships Friday night. Peter from Kelly Volkswagen was the only dealer at any of them to bother coming out to talk to us. We were there for my daughters first car and I told him what my budget was and what we were looking for. Initially he explained they didn’t have anything on the lot in my budget but then went in to talk to the business manager and came back out offering us a great deal on a really nice Rline Jetta Thanks you for making this a great experience for my daughter Peter
