Bought a pre-owned XC60 they listed and had a really great experience. I was 6 months pregnant and the last thing I wanted to do was go car shopping but every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I worked with Boris who helped me with my car purchase. He was really easy to work with, not pushy and very responsive. Purchasing was a breeze although I did pay cash so can’t comment on financing, but I’d definitely recommend this place!

Our experience with Mike Barbanti at Volvo Cars Danvers was a breath of fresh air to other salespeople we had met along the way. He introduced himself as soon as we came through the door and began helping us right away. We could tell that he was interested in and liked the Volvos he was selling. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Beyond his expertise he was personable and patient (i'm kinda of picky) and made a point of trying to find the right Volvo for our needs. I recently bought an XC60 from this dealer. It had been over 12 years since my last car purchase, so I went in with a bit of reluctance and nerves. Barry helped me navigate through the process professionally and seamlessly. He was a great partner to work with through and through. He never rushed or pressured me to make a decision which made me feel very comfortable (quite the opposite of the stereotype). Naturally with the chip shortage, getting the right vehicle took a bit of time (I went into the purchase with that understanding), but Barry helped by communicating all of my options which ultimately led to a great purchase. He was beyond thorough and patient, handling everything from the sale to the registration/paperwork and taking the time to help me learn all the new features. The finance piece was easy as well so thank you Rachel for making that piece seamless, too! Having more salespeople like Barry would help eliminate anxieties for buyers and break the stigma when buying a new car … kudos to him!

We can't say enough good things about the help and professionalism of Matt Gorman, who helped us with our new car purchase recently. He was really easy to work with, responsive with updates as the wait for a car with the options you'd like are longer than normal these days. He went out of his way to help with a maintenance situation on another Volvo we were having serviced. All in all I'd definitely recommend working with this dealer, and Matt in particular.
