Great service! My tow truck driver never gave the team my keys. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and the new tires were never put on. Tom was great.. He ask the crew who were ready to go home if they could put my tires on and they did in 25 minutes.. Yet again another visit with real customer care

Everytime I come here in, Tom says, “Hi Lisa! Long time no see.” I tell him about my tires, he makes suggestions, I book an appointment, leave my keys and then I ask him what PS games he’s been playing lately. Personalized service. Trust. Great prices. Work’s always done perfectly. Not sure what else I can say - I won’t go anywhere else.

OMG. Henry was amazing!! He kindly welcomed me when I got there. I think he knew I was pretty nervous and he definitely helped me to feel comfortable and safe about my repair.. we talked about future needs that my SUV would need to ensure that I'm always in a safe vehicle... We discussed the importance of tire rotations.. I will certainly continue to come here for my vehicle needs... He was great!! Hopefully there's a raise in his future....l

Horrible service. Contradicting advice from technicians. Took a week and a half for a “2 day” tire order. Before ordering they Told me a full size spare tire would fit in spare tire carrier under car and they would install it under car. After many calls and a week and a half they said come pick up the tire. I got there and it took an Hour to find the spare. At checkout I asked them how long it will take for it to be mounted in spare tire carrier. They said that tire won’t fit under the car, that is for a “donut spare” not full size. They said “do you want a refund?” I had to call my wife and ask if she wanted to deal with it in the hatchback (basically filling the entire cargo area) complete run around. Completely incompetent staff. Bad experience. I don’t feel the price was “unbeatable”. Especially because of the run around
