Great costumer service, they always are very polite, no mater if you are going there to buy a new car or just to do a oil change, they are always nice. I never had any problems in the past 10 years. Also, they almost always wash your car after the services. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place in Danvers Massachusetts. Easy access, close to route 1 and route 95.

Everything was going great, I was there for an oil change only, they sent me a text quote showing me several things that should be done as well. One of them was the front brakes. Which I knew were going. I saw the quote and I thought it was a great price, so I agreed to the quoted price. When I got to the check out, the price was almost three times the quote. She made a mistake and did not include the labor. I had a screen shot of the price I agreed to. To make a long story short, the service manager found the mistake and corrected my price to reflect the agreed price. If not for my screen shot, I wouldn’t have had any proof of my agreed price.Be aware and ask to speak to a representative before any other work is done.I wanted to add that the service manager did a great job of making this all work out for the first price I received. Will return, because I feel it was an honest mistake.

I scheduled an appointment online the night before for 7:00 am which worked out great. I showed up on time and drove straight into the service center. I was immediately greeted at my driver’s side door by Edwin. Edwin had me processed into the system quickly, then I waited until the service was done. The waiting area is nice, spacious, clean and sanitary. Edwin’s estimate for the wait-time was spot on. He came to me in the waiting room when the service was complete, asked me to sign two documents, handed me the FOB and I walked out the door. My car was parked right outside the door which had been detailed inside and out. Great experience!

The service department at this dealership cannot be trusted to complete even the most basic services correctly or without causing damage to existing parts. Have an alignment done, end up with a crocked steering wheel. Have routine maintenance performed, end up with broken air box clips. Techs here are so incompetent it makes you wonder if they’ve received any real training from Toyota at all… They certainly are NOT subject matter experts, and when mistakes happen, they show zero integrity. You have to find the breakages yourself. I’ll be doing my own maintenance from now on. This was a hard lesson learned, and I’m still waiting on them to replace the parts that they broke.

We have been working with Google for months on getting this fixed, our website is correct but the feed from Google to Toyota has caused our issue. Google told us last week what the problem was and we believe its fixed once the feed is updated. I apologize for any inconvenience.
