This was my first time leasing a car, and from start to finish, Eric made the process so easy! Walking into a dealership alone, not knowing much about cars, can seem a little intimidating, but Eric made me comfortable right away. He asked me what I was looking for and what I wanted in a new car and then really worked with me to find me what I was looking for. He was able to work with me to get my payments at an amount I felt comfortable with and also listened to my millions of questions. NSM. Follows the mask and distance rules. The normally free coffee has been stopped for now, until the rules allow it again. Test rides are only by the prospective buyer, no sales person on the ride per rules. Plexi shields and hand wipes and sanitizer is present for use by all. Didn't have any service performed but was explained the shop followed the same rules. NSM was a safe place to go for sales and services. 🎨
