Adam was the Lowe's associate who assisted me in purchasing a new grill (ours had died the day before the Patriots-Raiders game!!). Adam disclosed his deafness and produced a notepad and pen. He made me feel entirely cared about. When I asked him a question about which he was uncertain, he contacted his supervisor (Brooks?). He assisted me in loading the floor model into my vehicle and provided professional direction while I disassembled the grill's support. And he entered my Rogue with care and consideration. I am extremely fortunate to have gotten Adam's assistance. He deserves a commendation!!!

Wouldn’t work here again at this specific location Poor management and unprofessionalism and management does nothing for his employees Jason the store manager is rude and doesn’t treat his employees with respect and expects to be respected He does nothing while he’s there but walk around and be on his phone I’ve seen how he treats other workers and it’s not right and that’s why everyone is leaving….. I would remove him as manager and put someone else in charge because he doesn’t deserve that position

I placed an order of deck boards to be delivered not only did they screw up and place it for the wrong day. But I was also given false information by multiple employees regarding the time of delivery. I told them I would come pick up part of the order 1st thing in the morning so that I could at least continue on with my job. They assured me it would be 1st thing in the morning in the morning at 7:15 AM, it arrived 2 hours later then I was told.
