Hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The assistant manager Vladimir and PK were so sweet and made the experience worthwhile. Location is spot on two blocks away from BART.

This is a good location if you're going to Yoshis or riding Amtrak- that's what I primarily use this location for. Staff is always consistent and nice. Rooms are very clean but dated. This isn't the staff's fault though.

Amika was extremely helpful! Service was 10/10. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with what we needed. I look forward to coming back just for the service!

I am somewhere between 2 and 3. Everything is super average. Breakfast n parking are not included which is ridiculous for me. People was fine, I could nt make any complain about them. Hair dryer is so bad I ask for something stronger but they said thats the only one we have
