They made extra charges on our creditcard without any invoice, without prior information and without questioning., totally illegal.... I wrote them to claim but nothing, so now I have a claim with booking com help and also I made legal steps with our lawyer. Be carefully with this hotel! Also the breakfast was terrible, disgusting... the place not bad, but seems the direction board of the hotel are terrible.

Very nice and clean room. Had to spend a few nights while on a business trip and got help and directions from the hosts. The room is fully equipped and really quiet. The hosts are very friendly. They gave me breakfast for the road!! Good vibes! I recommend it for sure!thank you guys see you again someday!

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. Negative: The jacuzzi wasn't working and the facility should be ashamed of themselves for calling that a fitness center. It 3 machines and 1 cable machine with 2 pulleys all squished into a room smaller than the room i was staying in. I look for those 2 things

Positive: Friendly staff. Fun bar area. Great location for me. Really enjoy the dinner options. I can have dinner a drink and not have to worry about driving. Normally the pool and spa are open and that is what I enjoy the most. Negative: The spa was not working.

Questions & Answers

We're traveling from out of state and saw on yelp + here issues room an cars being broken into on your property. What's being done so your guests feel confident at staying at your property? Perhaps something should be done about Security?

Chastity Calderon | Jan 6, 2022

Hi there Chastity. Thank you for your inquiry. We completely understand your concern. There has been an increase in these types of incidents all across the Bay Area. And unfortunately, even our guests aren’t immune to this problem. However, we have taken extensive action to assure our guest’s property is protected while they visit us. First, we kindly remind guests not to leave any valuables in their vehicle to encourage criminal behavior. We have bag storage at the front desk to assure you don’t need to leave items in your car. Second, we have increased security where they patrol all night long. Third, we close all but one entrance to the parking lot to assure all traffic goes through that one entrance, making it easier for security to monitor activity. No matter the measures we take, there may be a rare incident of a break in. Likely due to a guest ignoring our recommendation of leaving items in their vehicle. To be safe, please bring everything in to your room or leave with us.

How much Does this motel currently charge any incidentals charges before check in? And is cash or debit ok to cover incidentals charge

Luis Salcedo | Sep 4, 2019
Executive Inn & Suites | Sep 4, 2019

Hi there Luis. Our hotel's incidental policy is a deposit of $50 per stay. It can be covered only by credit cards, and must have a chip. We do not accept cash or debit cards. However, bank cards with MasterCard/Visa logos (and chip) are accepted, although we suggest using a major credit card instead, as processing of payments and authorizations are faster. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
