Well my Dr there is excellent and when I call there I always have the option to hold on the phone or they have an automatic service that will call you back in the order of your call. I guess we all have different experiences.Mine have been good..

My Entire family has tried to contact to make appointments call the office Every time (if u get a reply Guaranteed minimum on hold time 38 minutes Minimum Very Poor p.s. i am a nurse (36 yrs) physician offices as well as facilities clinics hospitals all aspects of health care this is "Completely Unacceptable" No 1 i know of Will return
