Same! I literally sit on the phone for so long trying to get an appointment and then they give me an option for call back number, which they take forever to do or call back when I’m working. Even the Alahambra location takes forever. They have no care. I’ve only spoken to a few that are really nice and care about patients needs, it gets so old.
Girl same here....it's so hard to get an appointment or anything because no one answers the phone.Then if you do the call back option when they do, they let the phone ring once!
45 min now 7 staff members just joking laughing standing around it's about 2:45 now so lunch is far passed for a business open during normal operating hours smh this is crazy.
