Yes the San Leandro Marina has an awesome Park. On the weekend people go there to barbecue, hang out and stuff, big area for playing frisbee, soccer, football or whatever there in the middle, there are a couple of little playground type things on either side for little kids. Plus it's right by the Bay. Parking gets a little tricky sometimes though on weekends. Very cool place. Also there's a par-course that's one mile for walking, running, walking your dog or bike riding. Man there's a lot at The Marina.

It accommodates picnicking, exercising and walking with a dog park too. I hope this is of help to you.
