The best! Service begins the moment you walk through the door. Staff is great, not overly pushy, honest, shared great ideas for consideration of our purchase... A complete 180 from my experience at the San Jose location where it seemed impossible to find help. We were even told, nicely but inappropriately by a sales person that he was going on a break and would "see if someone else can help". Nonetheless, these guys got our business and I'm so excited to get my new couch!

Always have great customer service and delivery experience with them. Very easy. Fernando helped us during the Memorial Day weekend. He was very efficient and helpful. Quality of furniture is excellent and decent pricing compared to the high end stores but with a similar look, feel and quality. And delivery is certainly efficient.

The people at living Spaces we’re awesome the sales man I believe his name was Eric but I’m not sure he was awesome he helped me to find the best deals I was purchasing for a friend of mine. She is an elder disabled lady that needed a new bed I was able to get her an electric bed with an awesome mattress beautiful headboard and it massages plus the dresser and nightstands everything at a great price thank you so much the finance team was awesome very patient with me they took time they taught me about the products they taught me about the shipping they were just awesome thank you Living spaces

I've been coming to this Living Spaces for furnitures since 2018. I've purchased several sets of couches and coffee tables, and I usually had good experiences, so I even introduced friends to this place. However, a recent incident has changed my mind completely. They offer this $25 discount coupon if you fill out some surveys after your furniture is delivered. I did that and came back to buy a rug with hope that I can apply this discount. The rug is marked as $595, no mark down, just regular price. But at checkout, I was told that the rug was priced at $695 in their computer "system." So they told me they could not give me the $25 discount because by selling at the price tag $595, it's already considered as a $100 "discount." This just smells like such a scam. $25 is not a huge discount to miss, but I'm deeply disappointed by their deceiving tactics. I originally planned to come back for anther couch purchase, but I don't think I should come back after this.

Yes, we take away old mattresses at no extra charge. (We do not remove bed frames) When you complete your purchase online, there is a section for "Special Delivery Instructions" on the shipping address page. Just let us know you'd like to have your mattress removed in that section. Please note, stained or soiled mattresses are not eligible.
Unfortunately, no. None of our bed frames come with the mattress, this includes our trundle beds. Mattresses are sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing a mattress and foundation, please visit our Revive Center.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.
Living Spaces Furniture (LSF) accepts returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item, excluding bedding products. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. LSF does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. LSF does not charge a restock fee on accessories such as area rugs, lamps, wall art, silk trees, florals, and table and ledge accessories. LSF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. 1. Please contact our Guest Services team to initiate a return at 877-266-7300. 2. You will be given an RMA number which is necessary to process a return. 3. You can return the item to a Living Spaces location or you can ship the item back to Living Spaces at your expense. 4. Assembly is free if you choose our delivery option. Please note when choosing our pickup option, you will need to assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
Delivery does not include removal of old furniture. The only exception is removal of old mattresses. We will remove your old mattress or foundation with the purchase of a new mattress or foundation if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.
Unfortunately, that isn't currently an option. The only items that are eligible for removal are mattresses and foundations. These items can be removed with the purchase of a mattress or foundation.
Store pick up hours are between 12pm-9pm, Monday - Sunday.
If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to do a pick up on the following day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. It takes at least one (1) day for us to process and transfer items to each store. You can, however, select same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont if the items are in stock.
