I brought my Ford F150 in for a transmission service. My check in experience was quick but detailed to make of what was needed and not needed. Duke checked me in and very polite. They provided a ride home for me and 2 other customers. My truck was ready to pick up in only about 2 hours. I am very happy.

I brought the Ford Branco from San Leandro Ford store. I am so pleased with there service. All the employees were so helpful from salesman to finance department. Salesman Ravi Singh was so helpful throughout the process. From test drive to drive away my car was within 3 hours. I was so impressed with the team work. Financial person Ron was so helpful to get me lower rate possible. Thank You for making my purchase so simple.

Billy Severs did not properly diagnose a vehicle that was brought to him. He simply took it for a test drive, put it on a lift and listened to a noise. With no further investigation, he determined that the remedy was a $3400+ repair. When he was asked to show the diagnostics to back up his estimate, he provided a summary that clearly proves he did nothing but drive the vehicle and hoist it up to listen to it. No actual diagnostic was done... That's quite an expensive "guess-timate" Billy!! I do not have faith in this dealership and question their integrity. People come to the Ford dealership expecting quality service that they can trust and rely on. Billy didn't even know if this expensive remedy was really the right solution. Paul the service manager was just as horrible to work with. None of them seem to know what they are doing and feel no shame in over charging and taking advantage of customers. Side note, there is a review on cars.com about Billy Severs being amazing and giving great advice.... Please note the person that wrote that review was in fact, William Severs... Hmmm.. of course Billy Severs thinks that way about himself! Arrogant much? Beware!! Take your vehicle to a locally owned shop instead, where it's more likely you will deal with an honest person.

Use Truecar.com to get a better price.
Better to take it to another place other than Ford they usually charge 150 yo put it on the diagnostic machine.
Yes very good
I would suggest you call the store directly
With that many miles on it... Would consider buying new or fairly new car..
I'm sure they can. They have an upholstery person.
Yes go to u pull and have someone that does the body work fix it it will be cheaper than the dealer.
Think should not go beyond $60, that's what I have paid for periodic maintenance
Depending on your lease plan you pay per mile. If you are plannig to buy the car at the end of the lease you woild not be chargesbthose milea.
If they are original equipment ( rims ) , try America's tires. I got my last set there, no Ford dealer had original tires for my truck
Is it a hybrid or elec or gas If Its Hybrid Or Elec Its 10k If Gas Its 7500 And If U Do Alot Of City Driving 5k
