Not a good experience, I should have went with my gut when I first saw that they were young student dentist. That was the first sign that I knew there would be a lack of experience. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30, I did not get seen until 10:45. Not too mention that I’m an elderly lady that had to wait outside of the building due to their COVID-19 restrictions in the cold and standing. There was other patients that walked up and said that they had 9:30 appointments and they went ahead of me. Once I was called in they did absolutely nothing but take ex rays and told me that there was nothing that they could do for me or my pain! And referred me to another dentist in SFC with more student workers. I asked why would I want to go so far out the way to have more inexperienced students work on my teeth??? The only thing they could come up with is that they have better equipment! It makes no sense! I have already reported Bell Dental Center to the board of health because I felt like they took advantage of an elderly lady and billed my insurance for NO WORK DONE!!! My recommendation is if you need a simple cleaning or maybe a filling, this is your spot. But for a tooth ache or serious work to be done this is not the place!

My sister got her wisdom teeth pulled out, and I visited a couple of times to get diagnosed. The doctors were very professional and friendly. My sister said that she did not feel any pain when they did the extraction, and it was done very fast. We are both extremely satisfied with the quality and service they delivered.

They are very timely and coordinated! I appreciate the call the day before to remind me of the appointment. The place is clean and they have cutting edge tech. Best of all, the dentists are courteous and personable.
