Do they sell snacks/food & beverages at the SJ Center for Performing Arts?

Broadway San Jose at the SAP center not only has the bars open for drinks and snacks they also set up an outdoor area with food and drink. Only drinks purchased on site are allowed in the theater. All snacks must be consumed before entering.

Adult beverages are surprisingly inexpensive.

Yes. No eating in seating theater. Bottles of water, sodas, light snacks and a tiny bar area upstairs by bathrooms. Beautiful place for shows.
