Justices Bamattre-Manoukian, Greenwood and Grover rule without using the laws- for example statute of limitation for trespass of permanent structure is 3 years (CCP 338 (b)) and there is not any law which can undo it after it went into effect. But they uphold decision of Superior Court of Monterey which undid statute of limitation which has been in effect more than a decade , and undid it without any legal basic i.e. without any references to law or statute. What is it? Incompetence? Or something else?

mdstx123 is right that you should get legal advice from an attorney. Slight correction though: the Sixth District Court of Appeal is a California state appellate court. It hears appeals from the decisions of California state trial courts in a six-county district. Your car, if you decide to pursue it, would almost certainly have to commence in a state (or possibly federal) trial court. But you need legal advice to know how to proceed.
