Kaiser is a one stop for all health matters. I don't have to find a specialist and the be concerned about transferring my records from Dr Jones to Dr Smith. My 40 yr old twins were born here and I wouldn't be surprised if I leave the earth here. Superb, friendly staff and smart knowledgeable Doctors.

Went there for pain in my lower back, after putting off going for way too long after a horrible experience at VMC, Man was I glad I did, turns out I had multiple infections in my stomach, I would have never known. The staff was friendly, the surgeons we're knowledgeable, and it was a relief compared to valley medical or regional medical center.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I almost lost my mother because of this hospital. A doctor left gauze in my mom after surgery and it became infected. She was hospitalized for weeks because of this, and the damage done from this is permanent. The scarring is still painful for her to this day. She became septic from this, and I'll never forgive this hospital for almost taking my mother away from me after having to fight cancer.

UPDATE: I checked the Kaiser Permanente Northern California visitor impatient policy and no where does it state that there is an age restriction, it does state that 2 VISITORS ARE ALOUD per patient visit. You either need to update your “policy” or teach your staff to follow protocol with respect. Not once was I told what the policy was until they decided it was necessary to suddenly follow it. First I’d like to start that I’ve been a Kaiser memeber since birth and so has my 10 year old sister. At the moment my mother has been in the has been in the hospital for 2 weeks. Me and my sister have both been fully vaccinated and compliant when it comes to taking a rapid test because my sister doesn’t have her booster. That being said we’ve been going EVERYDAY to visit my mom and EACH time we’ve been there it has been nothing but an inconvenience as the staff rudely tell us every time the my sister needs a rapid test, because she doesn’t have a booster. A day later I’m told we can just go up. A day later we’re told again my sister needs a rapid test, everyday is different and NO ONE follows or tells me what the policy is. The same staff checks me in everyday and still ask eachother everyday if we’re both aloud to go up. Suddenly today they decided they didn’t want to let me up with my sister because they’re following a policy that seems to change by the second. I understand Covid measures but this was extremely inconvenient as I’ve been going up there everyday and suddenly you have a rule change. I was told multiple time the manager would come down and tak to me, he never did, finally I was told I would be given a number, that also never happened. My mom called from her hospital bed to see what help she could be and during the 3 way call the nurse had such a rude tone I almost wanted to say something since my patience was already runnning thin. It’s freezing outside, You don’t have a waiting room, there’s no rules or guidelines to follow inside the visitation area or online, and I can’t leave a 10 year old by her self outside or at home. And I’m not even from San Jose. I asked multiple times for the managers phone number and was repeatedly told no. The security lady had the nastiest attitude with me today even though she’s been giving us badges for the 2 weeks that we’ve been going, she yelled at my sister when she was headed to the cafeteria and continued to give me ugly looks as I waited for the badge. I waited outside for an hour to be told that the manager said no minor aloud at all, when just a few days ago the staff cleared the visitation through the same “manager”. Your visitation needs to be trained more because they aren’t helpful they are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. With my 2 weeks of visiting my mother the most stressful part has been getting past visitation. The nurses do not aid to mom at all unless someone is with her. Her food is always 2 hours late, she’s in constant pain because no one checks on her, she can move her limbs to help herself out and she doesn’t get checked frequently unless we call the nurse station, and fun fact THATS WHAT SHES PAYING THEM FOR! She’s paying them to help her yet she’s been ignored for hours. She has to constantly beg for ice, lotion, and other simple needs because they WONT do it.

I agree with Scott both good places to stay Hayes Mansion and Extended Stay
This is a hospital, yes.
One North 6 am
Yes, but not sure if it's for public use.
You can change on Kp.org. its pretty easy to navigate around and figure out how to do that...
Go to their website. There is a link on the jobs page to contact the correct people
It's in the same parking lot of the hospital main entrance
At their pharmacy, I believe it is on the hospital side .
First floor or basement, get register to 104-Radiology department next to elevator. Use the elevator next to Cafeteria on second floor.
No L&F that I'm aware of. When I was last there about 7 months ago, I didn't see any lost cell phones.
I would think I've seen it around the Pharmacy area anyone will direct you to where you need to go you can always call
Hayes Mansion
Yes discharge is open 24/7/365
If you're outdoors a lot you might already know that it's tick season. Does anyone know where to go to get checked for Lyme disease if you've been bitten?
They do have a lab open 24hrs Bldg 4 lab is open 8:30am to 7:30pm
I've never been kicked out as long as you are being respectful and not keeping everyone up you can pretty much be there around the clock
are you a member?
Yes
You'll have to call them.
Use to be 7am but might have changed. Call them tomorrow before you leave
Yes, call immunization clinic for recording of location and time. Wishing you good health and abundant blessings. Some location offer " drive by shotting" get in line with your vehicle and have Kaiser card and ID. Roll up your sleeve and drive away vaccinated. 🍁🍃🍂🎃🍀
Lora, I truly do not know. I can find out later or you can call member services to ask.
It used to be called 2 north. Building 1 is the family center, building 2 the surgical center and then building 3 and 4 are 2 north then 1 north.
No
Urologists. You will need a referral from your regular dr.
Im not certain but my best guess is they will tell you to apply online. You could search online for "kaiser senior advantage".
Only if ur a patient and you've been diagnosed by them
Building 1 is 276 International Circle. Formerly known as the Family Health Center.
There is a discharge pharmacy that is open 24 hours.
Ask you physician. ☺
who is joanne donnell
Try prune juice or laxitives and a lot of water
I believe I had mines at Building C. Address is 280 Hospital Pkwy. Hopefully that'll help. Though if it isn't the right one, for sure it's in that general area. They should be about to direct you too if need be.
