The experience has been so bad that I'm not going to use UPS anymore. Cost me 75$ to ship whereas, i could have easily shipped it for a lot less from USPS or FedEx. And not only the price, its been more than 44hrs since i dropped off the package and they have yet to update the tracking details, it still shows as "there is no information about the package". Very Very unprofessional. If I could give negative ratings I would. Should have checked online rating before using the store.

Good service, but WAY too expensive. Go literally anywhere else if you have a choice. They charge about $4 to print a shipping label, and just a large cardboard box for shipping was $27 (not even the shipping itself, just the box).

WORST UPS I'VE EVER WENT TO. Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS from my place and because of convenience I had to come here. I had a few packages that just needed to be taped on the top (and I've gone to other UPS stores and they've done it with no problem). But this time, the lady helping me tells me it's $0.50 for each piece of tape she uses or I can buy tape from the store. Clearly, as the price for each piece of tape is stupidly EXPENSIVE, I decide to buy the cheapest tape they have; but the lady tells me I need to buy the one with the applicator so she can use it (which means more money = ~$9). As there is a line of people I just go with it, and the lady starts closing the packages. I'm extremely surprised as how much tape she uses per package!!!! She used ~10 pieces of tape of approx. 18 inches PER PACKAGE (no wonder why she wanted to charge me so much!). So I ended up paying $9 which were totally unnecessary, but otherwise if I was naive enough to accept the $0.50 per piece of tape (which in my mind it would've been 1 piece per package) I would've spent approx. $5 just in tape per package. This place is such a SCAM!! Unfortunately, UPS are franchises and not all of them follow the great service most of the branches have. Please save yourself some money and a bad experience, and just go to the other nearest UPS, not this one!

Quick, friendly service not typically found in cities. The gentlemen working was extremely knowledge about properly packing some wine bottles I was bringing home via checked baggage. While I did not ship through UPS, he helped me prepare my package with the proper material and fragile stickers. Thanks!
