Staff was not really friendly. The lady who i encountered was very rude these three stars rating is for the people who was working in the parking lot . They were very polite and friendly even though they were working outside in heat.

Like obviously no one wants to get towed but it's super fast to get your car out and the dude was really nice. It's super expensive but if you've ever applied for unemployment ask if they will give you a discount (i hadn't) in and out in 5min

My car was towed because I was 7 min late. I think the city should have left me a ticket instead of towing my whole car. I took an uber to pick my car up from this tow yard and thankfully they have wavers to help. The people at front are unable to drop or wave anything more than what is offered in the waiver so keep your pride and don't give them a sob story. Was able to pay and grab my car in about 10 min. After your car gets towed expect a (±$105) ticket in the mail. Giving them a 3 for affordability and speed

Why ??? You have the answer at the end of your comment !!
According to the information at the bottom of http://sanfranciscopolice.org/towed-vehicle-information you can contest the validity of a tow up to 10 days after the tow. If you go in and have all of the paperwork showing that you owned the car on the day of the tow and then you should be able to get a waiver or refund. The staff members at Autoreturn may able to directly assist you, but I don't really know.
of course it's illegal but you have to prove that it was towed illegally. what was the violation that it was towed for?go back to the location that it was parked & take pics of the area.
Yes, just in case there's still that one person who still hasn't figured it out, the city generates 60% of all revenue from parking fines, towing and add on fees. Anyone who hasn't experienced the towing nightmare in San Francisco, you're in for a treat.
No, you have to be there in person to get your car. They do, however take credit and debit on-site.
Yes miss you can call the number on te map te listing dates the do acción zells what for instrucción anf
Anything they tow gets kept here, my street bike was here yesterday
You'll have to call them to find out.
Its not that bad elsewhere its 2000
You dont have to pay anything as far as the police is concerned. But since you have to deal with AutoReturn you will pay. Better hurry up. You will be charged by day probably
