Does anyone pickup the phone at this place? I tried every option. Nothing but voicemail and mailboxes w/o a recorded message. One of the options (tracking?) just kicks you back to the 800#. Edit: The vague #6-7 i hadnt tried and I finally got thru.

You have a better chance between 6PM to 9AM. By Pressing 5 to speak with dispatch rather than appointment clerk to get transferred. But even the drivers have the same issue. They get through with cellphone contact.

They are horrible at answering the phone, all I can say is to keep trying or go there personally
