Needed a simple part for a repair and at first they wouldn't assist me because they wanted a complete model/serial number which was not readily available due to the age of the machine. Then when I got the info, they'd rather repair the machine than sell me the part I needed. Place not recommended for DIY people.

We charge $25.00 for an estimate however, if you have the repair completed then the $25.00 will be applied as a credit on the repair bill If you do not do the work, then $25.00 becomes an estimate fee. Thanks for asking !

Do you guys offer "at home service" located in North Babylon and have a snow blower I can't get started and a weed eater in need of repair. Looking to have someone come by and repair them. Thank you

Hello, I have a Craftsman 2009 lawn tractor in need of repair. It needs a new transmission and mower/idler pulley spring. Sears tells me that the trans is about $400... Do you perform these repairs..? Thanks
