I went to this location recently and the customer service was horrible. The receptionist was amazing but the blonde lady who attended us gave my mother and I the dirtiest look. She has attitude and looks at you up and down, like you’re garbage to her. Not to mention, as we were waiting to get called we hear the insurance lady giving an elderly man a difficult time. And to top it off, the food that they give out is horrible, such as moldy fruit. I do not recommend, truly. If you’re gonna work in this field you must have patience and kindness. And if you don’t, then you don’t fit the job description. I hope to see that the blonde lady and the insurance lady get fired. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

this is the worst place to get food from !! they give you old moldy mushy food. Not to mention the ladies inside that are supposed to be helping you are nothing but rude. They look at you like you were less than them. One lady even had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t get food again until I brought in information regarding my employment meanwhile I am unemployed from being laid off. I came there because i needed help and they continued to make me feel worse about my situation and didn’t even give me enough food for the five people i went there for. Just old bananas and dry bread water bottles and cans of beans .. meanwhile I see all the helpers in the back munching on fruits and granola bars and I didn’t get a single one of those for my kids but I’m glad to see that the people that work there are being fed well. Never going there again !

A community multi resource center and pantry service provider. They help with Insurance applications, COVID vaccines & boosters given on specific days. Food service for the elderly. Children Christmas gift program. In August backpacks will be given away to children. Run a summer camp program for children at a very affordable price to parents.

Great community organization. I take all of my stuff that I am no longer using to Pronto. They do wonderful things for the community.
