I have been to Pep Boys at least four I'm It there before the door open and every single time Stepen Metcalf turn me around and say they are full for the day I and I know everyone appointment on but four times I believe Pep Boys needs to address this he keeping work low so he can go home early

Went here to see about getting my signal light bulb changed, and was told that it will cost $200+ to have changed because the front bumper will have to be removed. Really!? These people are trying to rip customers off; or, either it’s these young people they have working over there trying to rip customers off.
