I've been having problems with Enterprise since COVID began. For my last rental, I had an expired break tag, the washer fluid was not working (drove mostly on a southern highway with lots of bugs), and the passenger seatbelt had a computer issue (no one was sitting there, but the car insisted on alerting, very loudly, that the seatbelt needed to be fastened). I definitely feel that the customer service is getting worse, and has over the past 5 years on a steady slope. This mixed with their rising cost makes renting a car unbearable.

I reserved the vehicle online with ease. The pick up process was quick. Diamond was very professional and sweet. Returning the vehicle was so simple and the employees are courteous. I love the Gretna, La location, I’ve used them many times and would definitely recommend them.

I love Enterprise but sometimes you call the number to book a rental car they tell you to go to the rental lot and when you get there there's no car available for you especially because it was a real important time because my son is in the military and he needed a car go to one of his military training exercises.. the date of and there was no car for me to get him there.. I called and reserved a week in advance went to the place to pick up the car the day of there was no car available and they told me that they could get me a car the next Wednesday would have been too late and he would have missed his training.. but all in all the rental price in Gretna on the expressway are very nice people and I like the way they do business.
