Ehh. They have bs cleaning checks they use to try and scalp extra money off you. The fire alarms are super old and go off every other week from someone cooking. The maintenence and utilities are pretty bad. I feel like I'm going to die every time I ride the elevator. And the internet goes out like once a month for hours.

THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Ventana is a SCAM! They once charged me $360 for a "cleaning fee" because it apparently took 4 employees 3 hours to clean two items in the apartment. Terrible management. They will never help you. Do not live here. Move somewhere else. I also heard that they pay people a discount on rent if they make fake google accounts and write 5 star reviews.

They did everything they could to keep my deposit. I didn’t return the stupid parking sticker and somehow that was a $50 charge. Like really? Did they plan to reuse it? Do yourself a favor, don’t live here. The hallway floors are disgusting , the amenities suck and are closed at the times you actually want to use them.

The good reviews must be paid, because they are just patently false. I don’t know how the owners of this place sleep at night. Management is unreasonable, unfair, and could not care less about their tenants. They’ll squeeze every dime out of you they can. You’ll never pass a cleaning check, and they’ll fine you for it. They’ll find a way to keep your deposit. They’ll stop you from using the amenities but keep your rent the same. We can’t let people like this continue to pull *stuff* like this.
