TLDR: Food is bland and tastes like trash. The service was lousy. Owner cares but has some work to do. It was a pretty bad experience from the beginning. My wife, child, and I were seated quickly but the table was dirty and didn't have anything at it,( e.g. condiments, salt, pepper.),like the other tables. We had something, we think it was sauce of some kind, on one of the chairs. It should have been cleaned up before we were seated. It took a while for A server to ask us what drinks we wanted. Our server didn't come by for 10 minutes after that. She didn't introduce herself and quickly left after she obtained an appetizer order. Our appetizers came out before she came back to get our order. While eating our appetizers the people that came in after us were served their food. I was so tired of waiting for her to come back that I flagged down one of the other servers to go get her. She asked who it was, which I couldn't answer because, well, our server never introduced herself. Now to the food. We ordered the wings and pretzels. The pretzels were ok but had a bowl of salt poured on them. I had to clear off 75% of the salt to make them edible. The wings were just trash. The skin was rubbery, the meat was tasteless, and the sauce, the house bbq sauce was just not good. (Too sweet and not enough spice.) We didn't even finish them. My wife had one and I had 3. 2 because it could have been a bad wing and the 3rd because I was paying $10 for them. But couldn't force anymore. Once we addressed this with our server the manager did come over and offer to get us something else but from what we had we didn't want to roll the dice on something else. It was nice to see he genuinely cared and was concerned. That earned him an additional star on the rating. The main meal I got the pulled pork sandwich. The BBQ was tasteless. It made me think I was eating tuna fish. Which, no matter what your preference is on BBQ, it should never be associated with tuna fish. The fries were bland as well. I couldn't eat them without ketchup. My wife has the bacon cheeseburger and garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were bland and just like the burger. No taste of garlic at all. The burger had no seasonings at all. By this point we just wanted to get out of there. We got the check. Thankfully we didn't have to pay for the trash wings. I feel the owner truly does care. I would recommend he kick up the flavor of the food and focus on improving the food quality.

Had dinner there last night and the food was not as good as the last time we were there. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

My husband and I stopped for lunch after a busy day of shopping. We were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. I ordered the steak salad and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles. My salad was delicious, I loved the sweet balsamic dressing. The chicken was slightly over cooked and tough but super delicious waffles. We really appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, clean environment and our server checking in. We will definitely be back to try more items.
