Made appt for 8am on 10/11 for two new tires and an oil change. By 2pm, no one called to say car was finished, so I called them. They told me car was ready but they FORGOT to do my tires. I finally go to pick up my car, 8 hrs later and they bent my rim because tech didn’t use wheel lock key to remove rim. On top of that, I had to return on 10/15 (was told to come another day) and 10/16 because my car was vibrating so badly I couldn’t drive. On 10/16, I waited 5 hrs for them to balance my car , which should have been done initially—they overbooked appointments. Poor customer service and poor quality of work. UPDATE--- 10/17---Returned to speak to manager, Alex LeBlanc, who said I would have to pay $847 for tires and a wheel hub bearing because they think that's the issue now. No---the issue is your techs caused the problem. They just mislead customers for sport. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I am woman who will advocate for other women to NEVER go here.

Made a appointment online for drop off . Never once did they call me I had to call 3 times to check on my vehicle . I showed up to get it after I’d had given them approval for a filter A FILTER! It took them over a hour to install . My car was there for 5 hours for a oil change and state inspection. The only person who should get 5 stars is the gentleman up front he was apologetic. No car should be there 5 hours and not one update unless I called in . Just poor customer service . And other customers were in the lobby talking about being there even longer! For simple stuff .
