UPS Freight

Worst place ever. Don't understand how you can run a global logistics company on a Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule. They were supposed to deliver a pallet of parts I've been waiting months for, was supposed to arrive 3/5/21. Instead it 'missed the truck' as per Customer Care center and since then, every day I call I get the same response. Always 'we'll move it up to high priority and someone will call you.'. They tell me this location is open 24hours, I can go on the weekends to pickup myself. I get out there, the security guard says no one's around but upper management. Over 2 weeks now and no answers, I'll be forced to take a day off work to do the job someone else is getting paid to do. Avoid at all costs, id use fedex or ABF before having someone ship me stuff via UPS again.

Had scheduled a UPS Freight delivery for the next day from 10-6pm. So I took off from work in order to receive the package and of course no one showed up and forget about calling the local UPS Freight company. I waited forever to get someone on the phone to figure out what happened just to have them hang up. Horrible

Wow what a wait to do a pick up. I totally understand being busy with the ups freight truck drivers and giving them there route, but there should have been a designated area for pick up for paying customers. I did see a man with a suit and he did eventually help the gentleman infront of me but he did make it clear when the gentleman asked "is there a better time to come in, in the future?" The man in the suit stated, "not now". Its unfortunate how he responded. Anyways the forklift driver who helped with my package helped a ton and I tipped him ofcourse. The woman who helped me at the register was also helpful and is awesome, she took care of me because the man with the suit seemed exhausted dealing with the one customer infront of me as oppose to killing the line and helping his staff. Point is, have a generated section for ups pick up. Afterall we are doing you a favor with not delivering. Yeah!!
