Came in looking for a specific PWC they had available. I called before going to make sure it was still there before taking the 30+ minute drive over. Once in, I worked with Jerry, asking tons of questions. He had an answer for every single one of them. He was straightforward about pricing, charging MSRP (not over), and didn't rush me into doing something I wasn't ready to do. He even suggested other PWC's that they don't even sell at their store to let me know what else I might be interested in. Great knowledge, straightforward, and easygoing. Not much more you could ask for when making a large purchase.

Great experience with Crossbay Motorsports. Gary got the info on the Indian Bobber I was there to see, we went and started it up and made the deal. Stan, the finance man, was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Rode the bike home shortly after having the insurance cards emailed to the dealership. Walk in is fine
I do not work there personally, however I'm pretty sure that CrossBay Motor Sports of Bay Shore can arrange same day delivery with a license plate, IF they have enough hands on deck and also if they have the time to do so. Other than that, about the insurance arrangement, the salesmen I dealt with has a guy who can take care of insurance purposes, unless you decide to go with a different insurance company. If anything, I suggest you to just go to the dealership and talk with them in person, because it'll be a lot easier and convenient for you, and for them. This way if you go to the dealership, you can ask questions and see what they have available in their showroom. If what you are looking for is not in their showroom, it's possible that they have that particular vehicle you desire in their warehouse, you'd have to just give them time to assemble the vehicle. If they do not have the particular vehicle you are looking for in their warehouse, I'm pretty sure that they can order one in.
