Our oil delivery customers rely on us to deliver automatically. Unless instructed otherwise, we schedule deliveries when tanks are one quarter full. We use an advanced system to determine when to deliver oil to each of our customers. Our system factors in weather conditions using a 'degree day' system and our customers' preferences. It generally takes us three deliveries to determine a new customer's usage. To be safe we suggest you ask your oil delivery technician to show you how to read the gauge on your oil tank. If you need assistance before your next delivery, call our office between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
The owner of the company is the rudest person I have dealt with over the phone. He literally just slammed the phone on me. The people answering the phone are not pleasant either. Last winter an employee did not show up to service the burner b/c he was watching the Patriots game. I turned on my oven to keep warm overnight.
