Here's the answer I got from a rep from the center: On the south side of our building, off Cumberland Avenue, is an area called the Ballroom Drop-off. This drop-off also includes some disabled parking around the outside. In addition, if this is full, there is a parking lot across Cumberland Avenue on Poplar Street that also has disabled parking and there is a walking bridge from the lot that spans over Cumberland, so no need to cross the road. In addition, to these two options, most of the parking garages within 1-2 blocks of the center have their own disabled parking.
