Ordered online, said 20 minute ETA, waited 25 before even standing up to walk down the street to the subway. I got there 33 minutes after ordering, order hadn't even been started yet. Was 54 minutes from placing the order until I had it in hand. Food was good though and the young girl cashiering was very nice and very apologetic. Just multiply the amount of time the website gives you by 2.5 and you should be fine.

I wish they had less than one star. The staff is rude. They do not allow customers to use restroom to wash hand. Before eating. The restaurant is always dirty. The female staff will sit outside front door and smoke then go right back to making sandwiches not sure but never saw them wash hands. The awning on the front of building is moldy and ripped. Often they will just close restaurant as they run out of bread for sandwiches because they do not prepare for the day. This location needs to be closed in my opinion.

This should really be zero stars TBH went there for a quick bite on a Sunday after Noon and the doors were locked even though the business hours on the door said it was business hours and The OPEN sigh was on,TERRIBLE.Now I can undersrand if there was some operational issues but if that was the case atleast make a sigh of some sort informing customers of whatever issue but apperently they were too lazy or just didnt care to even do that,I am visiting from out of town and this is a bad look will not return if or when I come back to Knoxville,Instead I woulda frequent Petros Chili and chips across the street excellent food and open when adveritsed as such!!!

Went right at lunch time on Sat. Huge crowd at market square and this place was very busy. The manager was doing a great job of keeping the line crew moving fast but they were running out of breads and meats and had no backups. Just wasn't prepared at all for the volume they were doing. One of the line crew was frustrated and being rude.
