We were treated nicely. The room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was nice and well stocked and hot. Maybe the coffee was not brewed as strong as it usually is, but it was still hot and fresh. Every surface was kept very clean.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean however then hotel needs to be updated and we paid entirely too much for for the quality of the room we received. Also the breakfast was adequate however more staff was needed. We had to wait for several items to be restocked, including coffee.

Great location downtown for checking out the area. My microwave wasn't working and they replaced it immediately. The only downside is that the hotel is located on a very busy road and the traffic noise is pretty loud. The hotel does have a noise machine in the room and offers ear plugs or a box fan as well.

Stayed with my family over the weekend. Room was updated, but not that clean. Our room was on the street and traffic noise was high making it difficult to sleep. Booked this hotel for the kids to enjoy the indoor pool, but it was broken and freezing during our entire stay. Breakfast was good and Natasha was very helpful when checking in. Likely will not start here again.
