Really enjoyed staying here! Came with a friend overnight from Chicago. We wanted to see what Downtown Knoxville had to offer. We weren’t disappointed! The hotel itself was very nice, and our room had a GREAT view. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly! There is an upstairs restaurant and lounge area and breakfast is available for an extra but nominal fee. There’s also a bar in the lobby. The pool looked beautiful although we didn’t have a chance to actually visit it. Be prepared there is a $10 per night parking fee to park on property. The hotel has a very quick walking access to downtown Knoxville bars, stores, restaurants and sights. If walking isn’t your thing there are plenty of rentable motorized scooters all around. The ONLY downside and the only reason I gave 4 stars: I found was as night falls the homeless population becomes quite active and they are not shy to approach you and I even saw one walk into the hotel only to be asked to leave. Beware and use caution as quite a few appear unstable or intoxicated. Overall I was not harmed or bothered in any negative way by this, it’s just more of a downside to have it right outside such a nice hotel and would just encourage caution for your safety. I would stay here again

Positive: This is our 2nd time at this hotel, last time was a few yrs ago. They definitely updated the rooms. Location is great. Staff were great. Negative: The gym is awesome if you like to work out (really well stocked with weights and equip) but it was so hot and humid in there, we could t stand it for very long. I probably could have asked staff about it, if we were determined to stay in the gym longer.

Perfect location right by market square and the shops by gay street. Hotel has a high end looking and very clean interior. Parking lot is a bit tricky and cramped but okay for $10 a night charge. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and have modern decor. Price is very reasonable for location. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at this location a handful of times due to work, along with a couple of other hotels in the downtown Knoxville area, and this is by far my favorite. The staff here is wonderful, with top notch customer service. It’s apparent that they take pride in their work, and I feel that shows throughout your stay at the hotel. I am always confident that the room will be clean, which has not been as true for other hotels in the downtown area with similar rates. All in all, 12/10 for customer service and cleanliness. Special shout-out to Torrey, as well as the restaurant manager (whose name I did not catch, unfortunately) for their courteous demeanor and going the extra mile!

I believe it was 18 for parking and 25 for valet
