From looking at google earth... It appears that during high tide, the walkway to the jetty floods. How deep does it get? Can you still walk it with shorts and water shoes?

People have called 911 to get assistance leaving the jetty area during high tide. So plan to get really wet if you don't plan ahead for low tide.

If you're careful, yes. It's slippery on the wet rocks. There is a steel beam across this gap if you have good balance.

No, at high tide you should not be at that point of the jetty !!!!! The safest time is when high is going out and you can see the jetty, then you have 1to 2hr and leave if the tide is coming in !! Be safe it can be beautiful and it can be very dangerous/ life threatening!!
