The Shaker Vet Hospital is a great place to go, the prices can still get big if the pet needs something major, but overall they are rather reasonable. The APF can help with things like neutering, microchiping, cremation services and training, and they are very very inexpensive, but they aren't a full vet practice. Hope maybe this helps!
