It's a pretty decent aquarium. Some of the enclosures are small. Would be a 5 star if the marine life has a bit more room to swim. The stingrays definitely need more room. Other than that it is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Some interesting places! Aquarium, arcade, pop culture store - but a lot of unused store spaces. I hope some more interesting locations open up here but the ones currently present are hidden gems.

We had a great time at the Rotterdam mall for their car show this weekend. Of course their aquarium and arcade are one of the main attractions there, my children look forward too. They also offer a bouncing area in their food court. I only gave it three stars because unfortunately many of the stores are gone leaving the mall lacking an actual 🛍 shopping experience. And their lack of food options was disappointing to all.

The mall is still nice. My family and I was there for the carnival which was amazing. It's great seeing people out having fun with there families.

I'm not sure. We've always went in from their own entrance. There's an arcade right across from them and the grandkids love playing in there after we ate done at the aquarium.

There are no polices displayed stating there not allowed at the entrances. So you should be good to go.

Hard to say what they are going to do. It is foreign owned. Many have suggested it be made an outlet mall. A little hard to do now since the NYS Tax and Finance group now occupies what was Macy's. There needs to be a large scale anchor store there. Burlington or a JC Penney would do it. So would a Boscovs Peebles or H and R.
I don't believe Gamestop will be coming back as they've had to close a bunch of stores. We're always looking at bringing new stores into the mall though :)

The Zumba classes are held in an empty store near where the Hallmark store used to be, the entrance where the little tiny graveyard outside is that's the one you go in to get to the Zumba class.
I think they have another place. There's a kiosk, sorta near the theatres? It even might be called Piercing Pagoda, or it used to be. It's near the fountain in the center of the mall. I hope I am not too late in answering this. Good luck in your search!
