Cara (county clerk) is extremely rude. Seems to be in a bad mood whenever I speak to her. Gives attitude and doesn’t seem to care about any ones personal lives. I go to school full time and work part time and she didn’t seem to care about that when I told her my schedule is very busy, she still wanted me to make an appointment to go in to give her $5 to put my job on my permit. Her reason had nothing to do with why she needed my job info. EXTREMELY RUDE.

No, birth records are in the city or town clerk's office where ed the birth occurred. Marriage records are in the clerk's office where the licences was obtained, also in a city or town.
