They have always been very nice . They have been working there forever. If you had a bad experiance it might be that you weren't sure what you had and without seeing , they would not know.

Called to ask about a very specific waste and was told yes. When I showed up I was told we don't take that. I said I just called and was told differently, the son said well there are only two of us here and that I didn't call. I said it was a female that answered and motioned toward his Mom. He slammed the door on me. I said it was BS that they treat people like that, I had loaded up and drove a ways there based on that call. He started yelling at me and told me to get out for cursing in front of his Mom. Very funny considering the reviews about her foul mouth and treatment of others, like the review above. Very poorly run business and why most people make the trip to the Port, where they pay more and have a professional attitude and facility. I recommend making the trip. I took a chance due to convenience, after a long hiatus from a previous bad experience here. Should have known better, I'll never go back.
