I want to commend Erik Martinez for his extremely good service! We wanted a washer and dryer and he helped us decide which brand to go. He used his experience and knowledge with equipment and thoroughly explained the features, how it cleanses even the most delicate clothes. He even weighed the pros and the cons if we chose a brand without warranty and the other with a 10 yr warranty. The best part was his patience! He considered our home situation too. He was just so understanding. I fell in love with that kind of service! Oh and he was smiling throughout the whole selection process. He also helped with the microwave selection and the water filter inquiry which is another story! Erik is a keeper, Lowe's! Make him your employee of the month and give him a bonus pls. He deserves it. 😊 Glad to have met him!
