I believe you have to pay for one! Your best bet is to get a pet carrier from like Wal-Mart's!

A cardboard one would not be good for that kind of travel. Get a real carrier and some disposable pads so you can deal with not having a litter box.

You would have to call them and find out. Best you could do for your forever Friend would be to go to Wal-Mart and buy a nice on for her. They are not to expensive and well worth it.
