sorry for your loss please take to yor vet and have private creamation this way you will know its your dog..i had to cremate 3 of our dogs private creamation with their blankets i miss them so much

Vets and they will charge around $200ish depend on its a private cremation or multi pet funeral .. Also takes about 2 weeks (or less)to have them returned to you.loosing a pet is very hard.sorry.
Yes you have to bring him to a vet. Burnt hills Animal Hospital is great they are very caring there. I'm very sorry for your loss.
I think you will have to go to a Vet. Guilderland Animal Hospital is an excellent place to go. You can try there.
