Rochelle, thank you for your question. We do not staff with 1 person per 15 residents in any cottage. Our current team levels are a maximum of 1 team member for every 8 residents in memory care, with some cottages closer to 1 team member for 5. Each cottage is uniquely staffed based on the needs of the residents of that cottage. Residents enjoy social, spiritual and fun activities based on their likes. Walking paths around the cottages allows them to get their exercise in. Covered porches provide a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Group activities including, but limited to, exercise, gardening, movies, baking, putting golf, and singing are scheduled seven days a week from 9:30am through 6:00pm. Additionally, individual one-on-one activities, such as manicures and jewelry making, are ongoing throughout the day. Our staff are provided ongoing training on CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, Emergency Preparedness, Personal Care, Customer Service and many more.
I'm not sure I think there is two per shifts in each cottage I don't work there my girlfriend works there
