The Comics Club does buy collections occasionally. They will consider collections on any Saturday when they don't have an event happening. They do not appraise or make offers, but they will consider what you are asking. It is best to call first to make an appointment.
I don't think they do anymore, but I call them directly to ask. They're really nice people.
