Great location, convenient, not expensive, offers Upward Sports. Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Gym, group classes, upper level walking track, classes for "senior citizens", weights, cardio, women only room & classes, kids play zone, & child care for certain days/times.

Yes, they have Tai Chi classes in the mornings. The schedule is listed online or once you walk in.
All courts are great as well as fitness. You walk while watching them play from the second floor. Check it out lots to do. Hope this helps.
They do not have a pool. They have a weight lifting area, two basketball courts and a walking area above the courts.

Yes, you can pay monthly. There is a joining fee, unless they are having a special. Silver Sneakers get in free.
You will love the classes for seniors! They play pickle ball, have once a month luncheons and a variety of classes. Such a wonderful gym family!
